How long does shipping take?

At CloudySoles we aim to get your delivery to you within7-10 business days after the order is processed.If you wait any longer then 13 business days then please send us an email at contact@cloudysoles.co.uk and we shall find out the whereabouts of your order.

Do you offer a guarantee, can I return my order?

If you do need to make a return or exchange, you're welcome to do so within 30 days. All returned items must be sent back to us in their original condition. We reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange. 

Please note if it has been over 30 days from the date you received your item(s), then we are unable to accept your return. We will refund items if they are damaged when received, please send us a picture of the item to contact@cloudysoles.co.uk and one of our customer service team members will get back to you within 3 working days. 

Can I cancel my order?

Orders are eligible for cancellation if they have not been processed or shipped yet. Once an order has entered the processing or shipping stage, cancellation may not be possible. However once you have received the item(s) we can go ahead and process a Return & Refund.

My package says delivered, but I didn't receive it?

Sometimes tracking information can be incorrect, and packages are marked as delivered before they actually arrive. Your package will most likely be delivered a couple of days after this notification.

If you do not receive your order please email our support team at Contact@cloudysoles.co.uk providing your 4 digit order number so we can locate its whereabouts.
